Owner
Jaime Marco is the owner and President of Evolve Business Consulting. Jaime is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal Communications. Jaime has an established, comprehensive, and proven background in sales, branding, training & development, leadership coaching, facilitation, change management, business development and professional speaking – experience that she has cultivated over many years.
Over the last 15 years, Jaime and her team have worked with numerous companies and organizations to instill the change they desired to facilitate an increase in their customer satisfaction, grow their customer base, develop their team members, train their leadership, and increase and solidify their brand awareness.
When it comes to learning and development, Jaime stands by the philosophy that a Trainer is not one who just stands in front of the room and lectures but rather one who knows the importance of engaging and developing an associates’ thinking and to encourage them to become an active part of the learning process. She believes that while it’s important to know the “What” but even more important to know the “Why”.
Jaime has considerable experience working with teams and individuals all over the world and in a diverse range of industries. While business models and companies may be different, the common factor is people. Jaime’s advanced understanding of the behaviors of people and cultural differences allows for her to directly relate to her clients and to create an impactful training, coaching session, and presentation. Being able to interact and connect with all types of nationalities, she learned that it is not the adage, “treat people as you want to be treated, but better yet, “treat people as they want to be treated.” It was that experience that started Jaime’s desire to understand more about people and inspired her to get certified in DISC Behavior Styles. Jaime is a certified DISC trainer.
As the owner of Evolve Business Consulting, Jaime works with many of our sales and customer service teams as well as facilitates our Leadership Development courses. In addition, Jaime has coached numerous businesses to success as well as offers unique keynote presentations that will leave your team both inspired and motivated.
Kara Noreika
Director of Digital Strategy and Operations
As the Director of Digital Strategy and Operations, Kara is responsible for all things digital at Evolve. This includes website design, social media management, online reputation management, App development, SEO, E-Commerce, and so much more. With a unique and extensive background in development, team management, front-end programming, server-side programming, digital marketing and graphic design, Kara knows how to help your business evolve effectively.
Kara comes with a wealth of experience that she has forged with her educational background to make her a tremendous asset to Evolve and the businesses that we serve. With degrees in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and in Interactive Media from the International Academy of Design, together with her over 15 years of comprehensive digital media experience, Kara’s unrivalled talent and expertise allows us to design and develop websites, applications, programs and other digital platforms specifically tailored for the unique demands of each of our clients.
Her background is diverse as she has worked as a programmer with large retailers on their e-commerce platforms, enterprise level media companies on their news and marketing websites, white labelling custom programming solutions for large advertising and marketing companies, as well as providing overall solutions for small and medium sized businesses. Having experience in both engineering and design allows Kara to see the overall vision for a client, and to develop and provide the best digital strategy and solutions.
